  1. Eligibility for Returns:

- All clothing products may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase.

- Supplements are NOT eligible for returns 


  1. Return Process:

   - To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@secondgearsupplements.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your communication.


   - Once you have your RA number, securely package the item(s) and clearly display the RA number on the outside of the package.


   - Ship the return package to SecondGear Supplements LLC, 19629 Galway Bay Cir #201 Germantown MD 20874. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.


  1. Condition of Returned Items:

   - Clothing can be taken out of package but only to be tried on and not worn out.


  1. Refund Processing:

   - After receiving your returned items, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return criteria. Upon approval, we will process your refund within [number of days] to the original payment method.


   - Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
